Liz and Arlan were amazing with my autistic son. He was nervous and hesitant to do bloodwork but they were able to make him feel at ease. My husband and I appreciate the kindness and extra patience.

Melissas high degree of professionalism, acuity, and proficiency made for an excellent patient experience this morning. She turned what should have been a miserable process into a very positive one. I had a series of complicated blood draws for Mayo Clinic. Melissa carefully read all of the accompanying instructions, identified the steps she needed take, and organized the vials and shipping materials to ensure no mistakes were made. She was kind, patient, and well spoken. I did not feel well but left feeling comforted and relieved to have been in her care.

Took my son to get some blood work done for some allergies he’s been having. He’s 11 months old and Liz was very patient and calm with him. The staff was also very friendly as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely use this facility again!!

Liz and Melissa were amazing with my 6 year old daughter. We had previously used another lab for my daughter and it was a horrible experience so she was scared going into it. Liz and Melissa did great with her and made it so comfortable! This was our first time at this lab and we will continue to use them for any future needs!

I had a great experience here. Liz was my phlebotomist, and she was incredibly kind and compassionate from beginning to end! When you’re dealing with health issues, it makes such a difference when people truly care. I was in and out of the lab in 45 minutes even though I came as a walk-in and new patient. Liz helped make sure my labs came back as quickly as possible and checked in with me to make sure I received the results.

Any Lab now is a great place to get your blood work done. Melissa is so so gentle putting the needle in my arm. I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you Melissa!! 🌹

I was so nervous before walking in, as it was my first time here and I hadn’t gotten any sleep, but they’re so awesome and nice I really had nothing to worry about! Everything was super quick, but I couldn’t afford an Uber home until a few hours later and they were so kind to me while I was waiting! Fantastic place, I used this place as an attorney to have a client take a Court Ordered DNA test. The lady at the front was fantastic with the instructions I provided her and kept her word each step of the way. They did me a solid by providing us with test results a few days before they were expected to be done. Will definitely send future clients of mine to this location. Very good with communication.

I went in everyone is very nice but the girl couldnt find a vein .This has never happened It hurt so much I just couldnt let her keep trying..

This was my first time getting blood work done and as someone with a fear of needles, I was a bit nervous. However, that was unnecessary due to how kind and skilled Liz and Melissa were. They both walked me through the whole experience, and I was shocked at how quick and painless it went. Im very appreciative of their kindness and plan on returning to this location if I ever need any blood drawn in the future.

Absolutely stellar experience at this lab clinic! I regularly come here for my B12 shots and without fail, they are administered with professionalism and care. Great location to do your lab tests! We took our 6 year old kid there to do an allergy test, it was his first ever blood draw and it went very smooth. Big thanks to Liz who took her time and was on top of everything!

Wonderful experience with getting my 20 month olds blood drawn. The lady that specializes with kids works at this location Mon, Wed and Fri. She was good!! Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that she asked about using a bandaid before just slapping one on- very respectful of the skin issues our baby is dealing with. We drove an hour to get to the location and we would absolutely do it again if needed in the future!Carpark right out front, dated but tidy facilities.

This location was so fast and simple to take care of some blood work I needed done. I was able to contact them through phone & email, and they responded immediately with pricing. I came right in the morning when they opened, and it seriously was the fastest I’ve ever done!! Iris helped me, and she was able to keep me calm and literally made the blood draw so gentle and smooth! I was done all together within 15 mins! Would definitely recommend this location again

Liz and Andrew made my 5 year old feel so comfortable and calm before her blood draw. They were very patient with her and gave her the time she needed to calm down when she got worked up. On the first visit I had to fill out some paperwork which took some time but every visit after I just tell them my name and that I need to do the same test and Im in and out very quickly with the results in a couple days

Went to this place for the first time today and had an amazing experience with the phlebotomist. I have severe needle anxiety when it comes to any type of medical procedure so I’m very particular about the places I go to get things like lab work done. I can confidently say this place 100% lived up to the reviews!They checked me in and were able to take me back in less than 10 minutes, the facility was clean, and the phlebotomist was very friendly and supportive which I greatly appreciated as someone who struggles with anxiety in these situations. I didn’t catch his name sadly, but I will say that if the other employees are anything like he was then you will be in great hands! I will absolutely be coming back here for any future lab work I need to get done :)

The whole staff was great. My 5 year old was nervous about a blood draw but Ms Liz did a great job explaining how everything was going to go and minimal tears were shed. I dont think my child even knew when the needle was inserted. And the treasure box was a hit!

Nice people but the guy left me with two bruises. It’s been almost a week since the draw. It was only one vial and my arm still looks bad and it hurts to workout. Labcorp or hospital nurses have never caused any bruising after a draw. Wont be going back to this place for bloodwork.

Ive always had lots of anxiety issues around getting my blood drawn, and they had a system in place to make me feel more accomdated and comfortable. Place was clean, not overly busy. If you need a test done, please come here! Theyre really fantastic.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quick & easy, in and out in 10-15 min. Im easy to stick, but not everyone is so nice and smooth with it like that. Definitely one of the most relaxed and easy experiences Ive had with medical staff.Following day update: I dont bruise easily, but wow. Ive had dozens of IVs, as well as donated blood and plasma many times. Its hit or miss on whether people take the time and care to be smooth, even if they do it every day for years. This may be the best Ive ever seen. No noticeable soreness and absolutely no bruising. I genuinely can barely even tell where she stuck me. Primo skills for sure 👌 Cant recommend this location enough!

I HATE getting my blood taken. Andrew made it so comfortable and I literally didn’t feel a thing. He is great at what he does. 10/10 would recommend Any Lab Test Now to anyone. They’re quick and affordable.

I had a wonderful experience at Any Lab Test Now. Very clean facility. The staff are friendly and informative.I have terrible anxiety and Liz and Amber were so compassionate and caring. They stayed by my side during an unfortunate panic attack, talking to me, making sure I was safe and comfortable. They made sure I was safe to drive home and never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about my anxiety. Aside from my anxiety attack, the actual blood taking experience was very quick and painless! I will definitely be returning to this location for any further lab testing that I may require. The employees was friendly, but could have went into more detail about the weight loss shot. Good thing I did my own research. Im satisfied with the results.

Liz and all that work there are very easy to talk with, they always check to make sure I’m getting the best opinion to make sure I’m not over paying which helps when your in between insurance companies. Im also always greeted with a hello and a smile. Im glad i found them a few years back and will continue to go see them when needed.

Liz is AMAZING! Went in for some blood work and didnt even feel the stick. She answered my questions and even offered up some very very helpful advice. 2nd lady that took my blood on my next trip wasnt so gentle with the needle, but she was quick and efficient and seemed nice.

Andrew and Liz were great!!I had gone to an IV infusion place for a test and the girl there reluctantly tried twice to take my blood.I know that I’m hard to take blood from but after 2 hours, we were sent home.The next day, we walked in to Any Lab Test Now, and asked if they thought they could do it. Andrew greeted us and Liz laughed and let me know she would have no problems doing it! She was right!!!I’m definitely not a fan of needles but with what I’m fighting, have gotten pretty used to accepting it’s going to hurt, they’re going to poke me a lot, and it will be a bad experience. But, not here!!!!It took longer to open the box for my testing than it did for her to tie my arm up, feel my vein, and go.It didn’t hurt one bit!!! Didn’t leave a mark or bruise.It was so fast and easy!!We told Liz she was amazing and got to talk a quick second to her. She said she’s been doing this for over 20 years... let me tell you, it shows!Can not thank them enough for such an easy experience! I don’t want to be back, but we will definitely not hesitate to go there again for anything our family needs they they can do there.Highly recommend!

Liz was very nice & professional, greeted when I stepped inside. There was only one person in the waiting area besides me. We all had mask & social distancing , I didnt wait over 10 min. I did a walk at 8:30, Liz helped check me in. She also did the work, I an not comfortable with blood so she put me in a reclining chair tested my arm to find the vain , she proceeded to do the work and visited thur the experience ,I didnt even know she was done ,wrapped the arm because I was on blood thinners, explained how to handle the wrap.They were very professional, and the office was very friendly. I will be back and I Highly recommend them.

The staff is super nice and quick! Had an appointment at 9:15 and I was out by 9:25. They have an option to fill out consent forms and pay before you even get to the building. Super convenient!

I had to get blood work done fast due to an unexpected medical procedure. I went online and found Any Lab Test Now and they said to come right on in. Within minutes I had the blood drawn and it was on its way for analysis. Everyone, especially Liz, was professional and nice. My doctor received the results on time and Any Lab Test Now sent me a copy via email. Great work!

LIZ WAS AMAZING! I hate needed despite having tattoos, and I’m at risk for fainting during blood draws. The process took less than 5 minutes. It was very quick with hardly any discomfort. Nalleli also held my hand to soothe me and distract me from the needle and blood. Overall my visit was so quick and pleasant for something I regard as a bit so fun experience. If you really want professionalism and quality care this is where you need to go.

Took my 2 years old daughter to get blood drawn and they were amazing! This was her first time getting blood drawn. The staff was attentive and worked well with her by making her comfortable and relaxed! At the end they had her choose a toy for doimg so well!

Liz at the front desk is fantastic. Knowledgeable about the tests and helped me make informed decisions. Speed of results is what I’m most impressed with. Essentially a 3 day turn around, which is faster than my PCP. Would recommend to anyone needing answers to what’s going on inside quickly!

First time here for a double lab test. Facility was very nice, super clean with friendly professional staff. I thought I had paid for both tests online, but the ‘online receipt’ was found paid for only one of the tests. Instead of making me pay for the 2nd test again when I could not locate the receipt in my email,, they called their boss who allowed me 24 hours to find my receipt. Then they went went ahead drawing both blood tests. I certainly would never imagine your average health insurance carrier to allow this! And, I never did find the receipt and ended up paying for the test after it was performed.I would much rather pay for a healthcare business like this. This business demonstrates compassion for the patient not only as a health care provider, but also as being thoughtful and careful with your money. I really noticed that and I hope you don’t ever stop. It was so incredibly appreciated along with all the other high quality service at your facility. Thank you to all your staff who helped me

Liz was so great with my 11 yo daughter who has a fear of needles. It took some coaxing from both me and Liz but eventually, my daughter went through the blood draw. So thankful for experienced phlebotomists that know how to gently, quickly, and safely handle young clients. I had a very good experience at the any lab test now location in Shendoah, Tx. The staff was extreme knowledgeable and kind and they did a great job on someone like me who is a hard stick with rolling veins Id give them 10 stars if I could.

Wonderful experience. My provider hadrtwo other well known labs, but the reviews were horrible. I searched online and Any Lab Test had good, recent reviews. I called and spoke to Liz to set up an appointment for lab work and sent her the requisition form with the other companys name. She treated me like an established client before I even paid...which is always a good sign. I set my appointment for 830 am and was helped by Nayeli. I am what is known as a difficult draw, but Nayeli kept her composure and did not try to rush me out. My lab results were received in less than 36 hours. This place is clean and the attendants are professionals who provide great customer service.

Ive never been to an Any Lab Test Now facility before and this place was an absolute quick and easy experience. Immediately as I walked in Nalleli greeted me and assisted me to insure I was getting the correct service I needed. Liz then took over and assisted me with my service and it was fast and easy with no issues which took all of ten minutes to process everything. I would definitely recommend Any Lab Test Now to my former colleagues and friends. Thank you Liz and Nalleli for your time and quick service.

I had a great experience. The lady working the desk at around 1 PM on 3/17 was friendly and skilled at her job. The whole process only took at most 15 minutes from filling out paperwork to getting my lab and tb skin test done. I would highly recommend Anylabs at Shenandoah.

Last year, I had a wonderful experience, but this year was not good. I paid for two test: Metabolic and Lipid Panel. Only the metabolic panel was done. I had to come back a different time for the Lipid Panel, 2 hour round trip, and both times they bruised my arms, and no masks were worn! It is up to you when you are on your time, but in a medical facility, you MUST wear masks. I will go elsewhere next year. I contacted the owner before posting this review, and got no response, that is why now I am placing my review here,

I had a great experience. I pass out often when my blood is drawn. But Liz did so well I still felt great afterwards. This place is nice and the employees are sweet.

I was greeting very warmly by Liz as soon as I walked in. She was very knowledgeable about the tests I inquired about. I had the annual complete panel, lipid, and complete iron panel. Nallel did the blood draw and was very gentle and professional. As promised by Liz, my results were emailed to me the next day. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now.

There are two people that work here in the mornings and I wish I knew their names. One is a guy with arm tattoos and the other is lady. They are awesome people that care what your going through that leads me to come take mandated hair follicles. They don’t judge and are the nicest people. Hair follicles arnt cheap any where you go but if your going to pay the fee come check this place out.. they also offer a military discount which makes a huge impact on the amount I end up paying.

I have been going to Any Lab Test for years for multiple services they provide. Their staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I had 8 small veiled drawn. Liz and Nalleli were so good at keeping me calm and ensuring that they hit the vein the first time. Went to see Liz to have blood samples tested. My insurance was going to charge me $771 at my Dr office. My Dr told me about Any Lab and I paid 75% less for the same tests. The staff were very professional and personable. I will not hesitate to go back to them when I need my next blood samples performed.

I went in for a blood draw and the guy was so nice and it was the most painless blood draw I’ve ever had! The staff was great I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and was also super affordable especially since I don’t have insurance!

I truly can not speak more highly of this facility! From beginning to end they were friendly, inviting and made the entire process comfortable all while maintaining the utmost professionalism. When I had some delays in the processing of my test results, Andrew went above and beyond on multiple occasions to do everything he could to ensure everything was sorted out in a timely manner. I was met with patience, kindness and support everytime I called with every interaction I had regardless of the employee. I would also like to note that this is an incredible example of access to vital healthcare for individuals who do have healthcare coverage, offering a vast range of affordable testing options that many people often forced to go with out.

I chose this location for my basic STD screening panel because they accepted my Medicaid HSA. Also, they chose Quest Diagnostics to send my urine sample to. Only downside is I had to call to get my results and it took 2 days later to get my results. So almost a week and a half. Other than that I was pleased.

Great facility. Very clean and quiet. Liz was very nice and professional. She did a great job giving clear instructions for the random DOT drug testing protocol. Only downside was that I did not know of this place sooner!

I did my tuberculosis test in literally 10 for 49$ ! This facility is very clean! The medical associates inside are very caring, friendly & professional. 10/10!

They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I needed my test done that day and it had to be sent off to the lab and the courier had already picked up for the day. I can’t remember their names but it was on 11-15-19 and there were two very kind and professional ladies in there. One of them took my samples to fedex herself to insure they got delivered in time. I highly recommend them for any and all lab work.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had an appointment set up for my husband at 11:45 after arriving to our appointment at our scheduled time the employee told me we would need to wait over an hour because she needed to go to lunch. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. In addition we drove over an hour and a half to get to this place to be told we would neee to wait in our car while she went to lunch. The attitude this employee had was completely unacceptable! The location I am referencing the Shenandoah location and the employee said the name was Cyndi. An appointment should have not been set if that time was unavailable. Now I have wasted my time and gas all for absolutely nothing. I am livid!!!

The staff was very nice and everything was fast and easy. Glad I found this place. My doctor couldn’t see me for another week to draw blood but this place took walk ins…great!

There was no wait. The staff were very friendly, and giving answers al to my questions very kindly. The Technicians were very professional and fast. I even didn’t feel hypodermic needle. Also The facility was very clean. Thank you all!

If i could give more than 5 stars I would! This is the best and quickest way to get blood testing done. They welcome walk-ins and it was only about a 10 min wait, the results were EMAILED to me literally within 24 hours of the actual test. I needed a quick Titer for nursing school and I was on a crunch for time, and this was the cheapest ($49) and quickest place I could find in The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia and Huntsville. The girl who helped me out was super helpful and she really knew what she was doing! Props to Any Lab Test Now! I will definitely recommend to all my nursing school friends!

Great place to do your lab work . I went there in last moment right before closing and the staff Ms Cindy accepted me she was so nice and kind she was so patient in explainng me the procedure. I wasnt feeling really good that day since I was sick but she made me feel like home . She is so caring . I recommend this place if you wanna have your lab work done properly.

Great experience. We went there to get a micronutrient test for my son. There was no wait and the staff was friendly and familiar with the test. There was a chair for my son to lay down in because he does not react well to getting his blood drawn. They waited with him, gave him water, made sure he got up slowly and he was stable and on his feet. Yes I would go there again.

Andrew was extremely professional and kind and knew exactly what he was doing. I absolutely hate needles and pain and this was a breeze. I’m so happy I went there today!

I came in for a special blood test the day before New Year’s Eve not realizing my samples needed to be Fedex’d overnight .. when I came In I had just missed the Fedex pickup and would have to wait until after the holiday to come bs I. Liz, the amazing clinician was able to contact the Fedex driver to see if he was still nearby to pickup the package, and he was! She expertly drew my blood and packaged it expeditiously just in time for the driver to return. Thank you Liz and Any Lab Test in Shenandoah! I really appreciated the extra effort!

Liz and Nalleli were great! My company needed a drug and alcohol test. We did a 10 panel rapid test And got instant results and sent in the alcohol test which will return results in 3-5 days. A pre employment drug test was required as part of a license.I called Quest and the number was disconnected. I called lab Corp and they couldn’t tell me price and said it would take 3-5 days for any results.So I went to Any Lab Test Now. I highly recommend them.

They were beyond exceptional. The office was nice and clean and they were really professional. Liz helped me out and made my experience there a great one!

The pediatric phlebotomist is kind and gentle and even gave my daughter a Melissa and Doug coloring kit.

Professional staff. Prices are clear. However, they really need to upgrade the bathroom. You can tell it’s been cleaned, but it’s still not very pleasant in there. I would recommend it to others.

I appreciate the attentiveness and concern that Andrew showed for my well-being. I was pleased to have him perform the blood work with professionalism and have received my results within a couple of days.

We went in for a hair follicle test and the lady collecting the hair dropped the hair sample on the tile floor and picked it back up to use in the sample! I am glad I saw her do this. I told her she can’t use any of that hair now and I made her start all over! Her response was, “we sweep the floor daily.” I took pictures of the floor and you can clearly see all different types of hair on the “clean” tile floor. So gross and she definitely needs more thorough training before she messes up someones test!

Absolutely do not go here. I went in 2 WEEKS ago for a herpes test and I still havent gotten the results. They dont even offer a full test panel option here. I went to CPL in Conroe and got my results for literally everything (they have a 10 panel test) in 24 hours. Absolutely did not need the stress of waiting. If I could give 0 stars I would. EDIT UPDATE: still havent gotten my results from this company.

First thing the personal , the lady working their looks like!!!!!! Full of TATO on her chest and her nail are 2 inches long.... She does not have any thing with a medical personal look. when she tried to drain blood from my daughter, she scared herSHE DID NOT PUT ON ANY GLOVES .when it comes to the results from Quest Diagnostics. the blood type was Type D . which does not exist in human blood type. I called them at list 5 time to have the lab redo the testing. but it is all in vain.5 days later I had to walk in to the lab. then she called the lab to have them redo the test. then she told me that it will be done some where today. she did not even apologize for the inconvenience.she start to answer the phone with out closing with me.At the end of the day, I had to call in order to get the result. then I asked her, why did you treated me like that this morning she said that you get what you deserve. and hung up in my face.Please do not even get close to these people they are not professional. wrong results, no follow up be careful .Thank you

My daughter had blood drawn here we were greeted and treated nicely, my daughter said she had small talk with the lab tech and stated she did great and had no problems with her veins... The Tech Was Dressed appropriately and I didnt notice Tattoos But Cant Say She Didnt Have Any wed go back
