The staff are not very professional. The nurse practitioner forgot to send over my prescription, when I called back they said Sorry, the nurse practitioner stepped out, and forgot to send it over. Then proceeded to inform me the NP wouldnt be back in the office for a few hours. Im absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism. Go somewhere else if you can.
