Love this place. This is truly a one-stop shop for all your beauty treatment needs.Went in for a Halo consultation by Sally and came out equipped with tons of education on the many procedures Im going to get.Not only do I know what treatments Im going to get but I walked out with a freshly glowing face. I went in for a consultation, but Sally was able to give me a face treatment directly after. Who doesnt love instant gratification?!Btw, their face analysis camera was out of the world and totally worth the visit.

I’ve been going to Janet for years now and we’ve worked really hard at clearing my acne. I struggle w acne/scaring. Recently I’ve tried the Tixel laser, and it was amazing for my skin. There’s practically no down time and the procedure was quick. My skin was sensitive the whole week but I was careful with the sun by wearing hats and sunscreen. I highly recommend Tixel(& Janet) for acne and acne scaring

I really wanted to love this place. I had a little smile line wrinkle forming that I really could only see with makeup. The aesthetician recommended Tixel after a consult. I don’t feel that she adequately explained how painful it was. It also took over 10 days to heal unlike the quoted 1-2 days of redness. And what’s worse is that it made my smile lines worse. I can see them all the time now. It’s a clean place, nice staff, I just feel like there were other treatments that may have been better and I wish I was given more options and more transparency.

I would love to give 5 stars for the clinical staff and providers. They are very understanding and I actually feel like they listen to my worries. Amazing clinical services. However that missing 3 stars are due to the unwelcoming front desk. Every time I have come to the office the front desk staff never smile and just stare at you until the patient speaks first. Kinda gives off a unwanted aggravated vibe to the patients coming in. I mean no one loves going to the gynecologist and just to be stared at in check in is unnerving even more. And to be told “you could atleast call to let us know next time” is rude. Check out also gives the same “irritation to their day” kinda vibe too. No light hearted welcoming feeling or have a good day ever with the gyn side front desk. As a CMA over 20+ years working in high volume medical practices, including gynecology and seeing over 40 patients a day as both clinical and front office, I have never made my patients feel unwelcome or a bother to my day. There will definitely be a disclaimer about the front desk if I ever refer someone here. I haven’t been to the aesthetics side yet, hopefully that will be a more positive experience.

I have been coming to see Dr. Peet and his associates for over ten years now and I have to say honestly that they are an amazing group. They genuinely care about their patients and take the time to make us feel valued and they focus on our health. Tiffany, Laura, Ginger and Dr. Peet, I would highly recommend any one of them. I have never felt like a number or rushed through an appointment and I appreciate that very much.

I love this place! My hubby and I have been taking advantage of their groundbreaking services for more than three years now. Dr Peet and his staff are all amazing.They focus on helping their patients live their best lives.I am 60 years old and feel absolutely fantastic. I am living my best life, healthy and fit, due to my partnership with these folks.

My husband and I love the staff at Dr Peet’s office. They are efficient, professional and kind. We are very pleased w the quality of care that we have received. We have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

Until recently, this office, Dr. Peete and Tiffany Sanderson would have been praised for their great work and care for myself and my family. Tiffany has even called me and had a caring conversation, over the phone. As recent as May 2022, things were good, until I was forced to have unnecessary- private- health issue conversations with Michelle, the office coordinator (NOT A NURSE, NOR PHYSICIAN). She says they are too busy to speak with me, about my medical concerns.She is one of the most RUDE- DISRESPECTFUL- ARROGANT Individuals I have ever come in contact with. ANY SISTA female (S) , I beg you to please find another office to service you; we all know statistically, we and our concerns are more often OVERLOOKED and disregarded. My concerns have been shut down for more than six months now. In my opinion, I believe Michelle is not concerned with [our] health and WILL NOT relay, document or pass on vital information regarding our health. I give this practice an F grade for continuity, clarity, compassion, no dedication, failed personalization, non- professionalism and most importantly, ensuring healthy lives. Although I probably should be angry, I am not. I just expect better from physician (s) who not only am I trusting with my care, but I am also paying for their service. I do believe I am owed an explanation as to why I have been treated with such disrespect. I would appreciate a courtesy call from the physician that my insurance - co-pay paid for, or even Johnny Peete / Tiffany Sanderson himself. I will be waiting..... tick tock, tick tock..... time is a life

Mary K. was great and with with very little pain. She knows exactly where to go to make my skin look smoother and younger with Botox injections! I will will always be my go-to person!! She is really sweet and offered great suggestions to my concerns.

I see Dr Peet for my pellets (hormone therapy) and I feel like a teenager again! I have not felt this good in 20 years, I have been getting my pellets for seven years now!! I would highly encourage any lady going through menopause to make your appointment today!I also see Janet Boretski their medical esthetician. She keeps me looking my best with a variety of treatments. I have really enjoyed the results from my chemical peels to the BBL treatments I have received. My face is smoother and younger looking!All the folks here make you feel like family. If you were looking to improve your health and wellness you definitely need to go here!

I recently had a hydrafacial with Bailey. I definitely recommend her services. She is very professional and explains each step. My skin looks and feels so much better. The office is beautiful and everyone is friendly.

I do not recommend this practice. My obgyn of many years joined this practice, and I followed her there. I was a self-pay customer as my treatment was not covered by insurance, and this required quarterly labs and appointments. When my physician left, the staff refused to send my most recent lab results, saying the doctor, Dr. Peet, wanted to see me in person, first. I’ve never had a provider refuse to send my lab results to me; actually, that’s a HIPPA violation. A nurse even called me one day, asking if I had been feeling ok because my labs showed high levels on one item, and that Dr. Peet really wanted to see me. I asked again, for them to send my lab results, and the nurse said Dr. Peet would review them with me during an appointment. I instead called the lab company and got my results within an hour, after going back and forth with this practice for weeks. The results showed everything to be in normal range. Their actions led me to believe they simply wanted the office appointment fee. Don’t be fooled by providers in this way.

I can say that all of the providers here are extremely professional and excellent teachers. Patients feel at ease and educated about procedures they are receiving. Heather did my Dysport for the first time, and walked me through the entire process. The way she approaches fillers and neurotoxins is very conservative, she wants you to look like the best version of yourself. Not a duplicated copy of a celebrity. 10/10!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to feel better about yourself! The staff are absolutely adorable and knowledgeable of all their services. I have been a patient since May 2015!I love this amazing office. I highly recommend you walking in and meet everyone.

It’s really sad that nobody cares anymore about patients. It takes over 3 days to try & get a prescription filled. Your office has always been the best, however, things have changed & nobody cares. It’s time to give my money to someone who’s willing to help!

I’ve been a fan of WMAI for over 7 years. I get broadband laser photo facials several times a year to minimize rosacea, spider veins, and even out skin tone. Collagen stimulation is a wonderful side benefit. More recently I’ve started BioTE therapy with impressive results.The staff is always supportive, professional, and up to date with the newest developments. Highly recommend WMAI. They’re on my self-care team, helping me to make age just a number. 👍👍

I was told to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. I showed up at 1:20pm 40 minutes before my appointment and filled out the paper work.I then waited and watched four people some of which were also new patients but they had arrived after me get callled back. I finally got called back at 2:25 1 hour and 5 minutes after my arrival and the pa who helped me was very rude short and did not answer any of my questions. She did not have any resolutions for my problems. As I went to leave I finally saw the main doctor in the hall way where he was bad mouthing and talking very rudely and loudly about another patient saying she does not pay enough for her to take so long changing from her clothes to a gown, and that she needs to hurry up.You could not pay me enough to go back to this awful uncaring unprofessional place.

Dr. Johnny Peet is a gifted physician and a fine man. He is an expert in his field and that expertise has been instrumental in improving my overall wellness and feminine health. Among the innumerable qualities he has that I, as his patient truly appreciate, are his gentle nature and his patient manner. While in the examination room, he never rushes through a procedure or an exam. He remembers details about life and family. He makes me feel like my health truly matters to him. I cannot recommend Dr. Johnny Peet enough for a woman in need of hormone replacement therapy. BioT has been a game changer for me. And, Dr. Peet is a blessing.
