The Hart fertility clinic made the impossible possible!!The biggest thank you to Dr Kovanci, Nurse Janna, and all the sweet staff at Hart fertility clinic!The staff were always so helpful and answered all our questions!I HATE needles I hate giving blood and Ashley always made me feel comfortable taking my blood!I loved the patient portal and all the information about my blood work or ultrasounds uploaded so I can have it right at my finger tips!A huge huge huge Thank you to Janna, she always made me feel like everything would work out and be okay and she answered my scared questions late at night! I have so much love in my heart for her! She will forever be apart of our lives!For those of you JUST starting the IVF journey, this will be an out of pocket experience. You will spend a lot of money. But the people you give your money to are so important. This is a VERY expensive process but worth every penny!If it wasn’t for this amazing Clinic and all the Doctors, nurses and staff we would not have our baby boy.

The staff and doctors are great! I saw Dr. Kovanci and really like him. Very kind, calming , and up front. Ive also seen Dr. Roach one time while he was out. She was cool AF. The nurses are super nice and I messaged them a lot with all sorts of questions. I did IVF, two rounds. Now pregnant! Plan to go back for next kiddo.

Dr. Kovanci, Nurse Jana & staff were amazing. Staff were always extremely nice and helpful. I got pregnant on my second transfer and am now a proud mommy of a 2 month old. I’ll be back for my next kiddo 😊.

Aside from Dr. Roach and the nurse Jana, nobody wants to help you. They are money hungry and refuse to answer any of your questions unless it’s collecting money from you. Nobody wanted to work with me on my insurance. They don’t clearly explain anything. I showed up one day and they said “your balance is $7000”. I was like why didn’t anyone tell me this?? “Oh it’s in your portal”. Like nobody has the decency to call you and explain things?? Then if you message their financial person it takes almost a week for them to get back to you and 90% of the time it’s “you signed it in your initial paperwork, you should know”. CCRM has someone that actually wants to sit down with you and go over your insurance information. Nobody reached out when I took a couple months off, whereas with CCRM, they reached out after not hearing from me in a week. With HART you have to pay to get your own medical records transferred over. Their patient portal is so hard to navigate and they told me I could download my information but you actually can’t. All they have is the receipts of me paying over $10k to them. Absolutely inconsiderate and they act like you’re annoying them when you call or message. Again, unless you’re giving them money they don’t want anything to do with you.

This is the kind of people they hire and keep over ones that actually care about the patients. Sad when the people who are supposed to be kind and compassionate are hateful and only care to make the company money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Dr. Kovanci and the staff have always gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I’m an anxious person and he always stayed in the room to answer all my questions, I never felt rushed. He does the ultrasounds himself and walks you through what’s going on. He did our first FET in November and it was successful! I’m “graduating” from the clinic this week, and Im really going to miss everyone!

Love Dr. Kovanci and his team! My wife and I felt very comfortable going through the IVF process with them. They make you feel comfortable and keep in constant communication with you about each step. They answered every question we had and provided great care. We now have a baby boy due in July! Can’t say enough about how awesome Dr. Kovanci and his team are. Thank you for helping us continue to grow our family!!

My husband and I could not be happier with the care provided by the Hart clinic. Dr Roach is knowledgeable, honest, and caring. Her nurse and medical assistants are incredible.Dr. Roach and clinical staff answer patient portal messages same day.. are atttentive and kind. Very flexible hours if needed. Ms Janna is amazing. You feel cared for.

I was referred to HART Fertility by my OB/GYN and had no idea what to expect. Going through this journey already brings about all the emotions, but Dr. Roach, Janna, and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable with every visit. I was a patient there for 3 years, so everyone eventually felt like family. Dr. Roachs compassion and positivity, encouraged me to continue throughout the ups and downs of my journey. Im happy to say I now have a beautiful, 6 month old baby girl as a result! Even if I didnt have success, I would still rate my experience as 5 stars. Thank you HART Fertility!

I am so thankful for this clinic! I went to two clinics with failed results before finding HART Fertility and becoming pregnant. Dr. Kovanci is brilliant and the kindest most caring doctor I have ever been seen by. Ms. Janna is so amazing, supportive, and literally kept me sane. The lab and lab staff are phenomenal and I trusted them 100% with my embryos. The entire staff at The Woodlands and Kingwood clinics are very kind and helpful! My prayers were answered. We loved Kovanci! He was very straight forward from the beginning. He always communicated with us, if not him his nurses did. He always listened to our concerns and was always reassuring. I never felt like I was a bother with all my questions and concerns. The girls in the clinic were fantastic and super sweet. Janna the nurse coordinator was the BEST. She answered all our questions when it came to doing our shots, we were able to email her after hours and she always immediately responded to us. We were really happy to graduate IVF but also really sad to leave Kovanci. IVF is already hard but having a team and office like Hart fertility made things less stressful. We are expecting our first baby in August!

After trying for years to conceive, and after a horrible first visit to a different clinic, we decided to try HART. The best decision we ever made! Dr. Roach was our provider and she wasted no time in formulating a plan that work specifically for our needs. I had to have two surgical procedures and that’s where Dr. Kovanci came in! Together the two of them worked out a plan and today my husband and I are pregnant! Nurse Janna, Alicia, Ashley, and Ms. Peaches are all wonderful and make you feel like family! Everyone take their time to listen to you and they never make you feel as just another number. I look forward to introducing them to our little one next year, and if we ever have to go this route again, I definitely look forward to using HART as our providers!

I was recommended by my brother and sister-in-law that had their twins after IVF with Dr Roach 7 years ago.Dr. Roach is extremely professional and gave us all the information we needed since the beginning of treatment. Even though English is my second language, I had no lack of communication neither the feeling of not being sure of what it was going on. The entire team is awesome, I felt welcomed every time and never had to wait for my appointments. Janna (the nurse) is very helpful and was very easy to communicate through phone calls or messages. Thanks Dr Roach I have now my perfect baby and will probably go back for a second treatment if we decide to have another baby.I will recommend Dr Roach to anyone that is struggling with infertility and would like to be sure that is with the best professional for that matter.

Best care hands down! My husband and I have been trying on and off for 10 years. With the help of dr roach our first round of ivf was successful. There’s no going somewhere else to do ultrasound, Dr roach did every ultrasound herself. Great communication with everyone in the office. From Ashley, Janna, dr roach, to tabitha and alicia. They are all great here! From desk staff always memorized my name that made it that much more personal. I put all my faith into dr roach and even had dr k perform a surgery to removal a polyp that was also very smooth and quick. Jackie in the financial department was also amazing! She explains things so exact! Very quick response time to any questions. Everything was just so smooth. Thank you to everyone at Hart Fertility

Ive had nothing but problems with communications from this clinic. These are very trying and emotional experiences to go through, when you want to try to conceive with your partner. Left in the waiting room for 15 to 20 minutes with no one acknowledging youre there. Even though four of them are sitting right behind the glass giggling laughing. They were rude and unhelpful. I was referred by my doctor to them. I never got a call after a month, I called them. Then they charge me more because they couldnt find the referral. They let me into a restroom and just wanted me to produce a sample. I ended up going home and producing the sample. Made an appointment to drop off, then I was made to wait 45 minutes and theyre waiting room to drop off a sample that I already had ready. What was the point of having an appointment. 3 weeks later still have not heard from any of them about the results. After finally getting somebody to call me back. They told me my results were sent to the patient portal that I was never informed of or information given to access. Isnt that helpful.... On the staff now blaming me for information I was not given. Experience was just absolutely awful.

I would love to give 5 stars, as the staff here are always so kind, compassionate, and never make you feel like youre asking a silly question. Dr. Kovanci is very skilled in what he does. They all put a lot of effort into making sure the patient experience is positive being in a very vulnerable position.However, I only gave 3 stars because the billing to my insurance (or lack thereof) has been incredibly frustrating. I have been paying most our expenses out of pocket and having to submit claims after the fact -therefore only getting reimbursed a portion because of the contracted rates which would have been otherwise covered 100%. (There is a plan discount for most of the services rendered) It has been consistent since we started here. So please make sure to insist they bill your insurance for services!Otherwise, the experience has been wonderful and we got pregnant after our first round of IUI!!!!! So exciting.

I highly recommend this fertility clinic. Everyone in the office was so pleasant to work with. Communication is top notch. We worked with Dr Kovanci and he is absolutely amazing to work with. We saw him for every visit and he did every ultrasound. His compassion and confidence made our brief journey with him the BEST experience. I am happy to say I am pregnant with our rainbow baby at 42 with my own egg!

Dr Roach and her staff are extremely professional and caring from the moment you walk in the door. My husband and I were treated like family by everyone we came in contact with. I struggled with fertility issues for several years and had begun to lose hope until I started seeing Dr Roach for treatment. I could tell she truly works with each patient individually and directed her care based on my personal needs. She never gave up on me and now I have the most precious little boy because of her. Without her, I know there is no way I would be a parent right now. She has a true gift and I hope others see this and know they will be in good hands with Dr Roach. She was truly a blessing to us.

I highly recommend Dr Kovanci and his team!! I started at a different fertility clinic and was very disappointed with service, I was a number never saw the doc after first visit, it was impossible to get someone on the phone. I then found Hart Fertility and it all changed. I had my first meeting with Dr Kovanci he was honest, caring and put together a great plan for us. He was in every ultrasound and visit. He also has a wonderful staff that is so kind and understanding through the process. I cannot say enough nice things about Janna the IVF nurse coordinator she makes you feel like she has unlimited time, answers every question, she is an angel. Our odds were not as high for first time success but Dr Kovanci did it! Highly recommend him and his team.

I am so glad we found this fertility clinic and Dr. Kovanci. It has been the most wonderful experience with Hart Fertility. The doctors and nurses take their time to listen to your needs and answer your questions. My experience with Dr. Kovanci and his staff at HART was exactly what I needed. Dr. Kovanci always listened to my concerns and took time with me when I had questions. His staff was always kind and friendly, especially the instructional nurse, Janna. Her bedside manner and extremely patient demeanor with me will never be forgotten. This staff made me feel important, even loved-in the most professional way possible-and I will always be grateful to them. My family and I are expecting our little miracle in June and we have this amazing clinic to thank for that!

My husband and I decided to have our treatment with HART Fertility after careful consideration of 3 other clinics. We will forever be thankful for the wonderful experience we had here. Dr Kovanci is amazing. He always took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. He really knows what he is doing and takes good care of you. The nurses Jana and Alicia are simply heaven sent. All the love and support I got from them made a huge difference in our in vitro journey. They treated me like family and that helped the process run smoother.We are currently 27 weeks pregnant and cant wait to come by with my baby for them to meet her.

Absolutely the warmest fertility center/experience around. You are given so much care and attention by your Doctor. Not like other clinics that bustle you in and out as fast as possible. I was truly in awe of how much time Dr. Roach gave me to get my in-depth medical history and to answer all my questions. The entire staff was so lovely to be around, especially Nurse Ashley and the very skilled lady who draws blood labs. They are a busy clinic but they still make the extra effort to be friendly and encouraging. I believe costs were about average for this region. I had a positive experience here and recommend HART to everyone looking for a safe fertility clinic.

We can’t thank Dr. Roach & team enough for helping us with our miracle babygirl, who is now 3 months old. As we reflect back on this journey, we’re very fortunate to have found this clinic because the whole experience was very positive despite needing multiple rounds of IVF.Dr. Roach and Janna were so knowledgeable, helpful and always available to answer our many questions. They explained everything without rushing us – always very professional, supportive, available and genuinely caring. We never felt like we were just another number on their patient list.Honestly, the whole team was great – from back-office support to our medical care team – we have no complaints! I would highly recommend Dr. Roach for anyone seeking fertility assistance and I would definitely return to Dr. Roach if/when we have a second baby.Also, I really appreciated choosing a smaller clinic because we were not passed off to different people -- Dr. Roach and Janna were ALWAYS up to speed on our current progress and next steps – our care was tailored to our specific needs and challenges.Thank you Dr. Roach & team – we’re so happy with our healthy babygirl.

The staff at Hart Fertility is truly amazing. IVF can be a roller coaster of emotions and they fully understand that. Our first attempt did not take, but our second one did! Now my wife is 23 weeks pregnant with a baby boy named Grayson. Do yourself a favor and dont even consider going anywhere else...then see Dr Rawson as your OB.

Dr. Roach and her staff were very sweet in making me feel comfortable. She has wonderful nurses on her team that guide you and answer any question regarding the procedure. I felt a little nervous and Janna a nurse on her team made me feel so comfortable after speaking with her. She helped me let go of a lot of my fears. Go see them for any fertility issues, they are great at helping you in any procedure that is ideal for you.

HART Fertility Clinic - The Woodlands provided my husband and I with our biggest blessing - a son. When we first started on our fertility journey, we ended up seeing a couple of different clinics and doctors that were off-putting for many different reasons. When we found Dr. Roach and HART Fertility, we experienced the complete opposite. The attention, care and interest in helping us get pregnant was like no other. The office staff was so kind and friendly - they all felt like family to us. Dr. Roach is phenomenal and took the time to really understand us and what was needed for our particular situation. I became pregnant within 3-4 months of seeing Dr. Roach! Shes excellent at what she does and we will always be grateful for Dr. Roach and her staff. We will definitely return to HART Fertility Clinic for our future fertility needs.

Good Experience at Hart Fertility Clinic:Hart Fertility Clinic is located right in The Woodlands, TX, in a great spot. Their office is really nice, and we had a positive experience there. We got a lot of helpful information and learned a bunch, which were thankful for.Challenges Faced:But, there were some issues we had to deal with. At first, my wife was told our insurance worked with Progyny. But because this wasnt set up correctly, we had to pay over $410 out of our own pockets for the visit. I have to admit, this made me a bit upset at my wife for not letting me know when we made the appointment. Things got even more complicated when they billed United Health Care (UHC) instead of Progyny, even though we were told to set it up with Progyny and call them back.Sorting Out the Billing:So, we contacted Progyny like we were told, but they said they already sent the bill to UHC. They said we had to wait for it to go through. We called on August 9th, and the bill was accepted on the 6th or 7th of August. It seems like the clinic doesnt really get how their own billing works, which left me confused. When I called back today, they basically said they cant do anything and that I need to talk to Progyny. I reached out to UHC too, but honestly, its all just really confusing.Concerns with Natera Partnership:Theres another issue with the clinics partnership with Natera for genetic testing. It seems like theyre not on top of things with this. They didnt really understand what was going on, and they gave us wrong info about the costs. They took more blood samples and told us we wouldnt get charged unless we decided to go ahead after finding out the prices. But then, we got an estimate of $1900-$2000, way more than we expected.Overall Disappointment:In a nutshell, our whole experience hasnt been great. We didnt get much help with fixing the problems that the clinic caused. Dealing with their mistakes has meant spending a lot of time on the phone. Theyre not really taking responsibility for what went wrong, and its disappointing to see a highly rated clinic act this way. Once everything is sorted out, I wont be going back there, and Ill make sure to warn others about the not-so-great experience.

Dr. Ertug Kovanci has been my doctor for some time now (a little over 10 years). He helped my husband and I get pregnant with our now 2.5 year old girl and we are now expecting our new addition to our family. I have never switched doctors because I feel like he is the BEST doctor I have ever had. His bedside manner is amazing and his way of explaining the process of things is thorough! He takes his time in answering any of my questions and easing my concerns. I’ve followed him from office to office making sure I never lost contact of him because he is purely the best. Don’t hesitate in choosing Dr. Kovanci, when you are going through so many challenges and delicate situations he is the doctor you want on your side to help you and your partner get through it.

I saw Dr. Kovanchi and my experience was incredible. I have struggled with hormones for years. I am beyond grateful for him because he ran a series of blood work that showed I have a tumor on my pituitary gland. In five years no other doctor has been able to figure that out! He followed up on an MRI, and started me on medication that will help shrink the tumor ans allow me to basically get my hormones back in balance! My husband and I have said probably 100 times how grateful we are for him. He is kind and makes you feel safe and comfortable. He also makes you feel calm about what is going on and that he knows how to help. His office staff especially Alicia on the phones is so kind and sweet. I can not recommended Dr. K and team enough! I have heard so many success stories come out of his office. If you are struggling with hormones or fertility go in and meet Dr. Kovanchi. Thank you again to him and his team.- Meryl Heacock

I just want to say i love the staff at harts fertility they are very welcoming and i just feel so comfortable there . They dont keep you waiting and they have great customer service, my doctor is dr. kovanci and he is amazing at what he do he get to the problem right away and he make u feel 100% cared about and i love it im now on my journey with him now about to start my ivf treatment im really excited about it and i just pray for success 🙏🙏

I’m so grateful for Dr. Roach and the entire staff at HART Fertility! I had complete confidence in Dr. Roach from the first day I met her, she got to work on a plan for me immediately. Her and her staff were so patient with me, struggling to get pregnant left me very anxious and they answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was a burden.

From the moment I walked in the door on my first appointment until I successfully conceived, I have been treated amazingly by Dr. Kovanci and his staff. I could not have asked for a better doctor or experience. When it was time to give myself my hormones shots , after my class with Janna, she called me after hours to make sure I remembered all the steps. Thankfully she called because I had forgotten and was nervous. That small gesture will stand out in my mind. I can not say enough about this office and doctor and only wish I could continue out my prenatal care with them!

Dr. Kovanci and his team were wonderful from start to finish and I felt like I was in good hands. Communication through the portal was effortless. I work full time so I appreciate the effort everyone made to accommodate my schedule. We are now on our first successful pregnancy and we are so grateful.

Absolutely recommend Dr . Roach was with my previous fertility dr for 3 years spent lots of money and a lot of heartache . Came to dr roach in April and we are expecting our little baby is April !!!!!!

Dr. Roach and her staff were the absolute best. After years of trying and years of different meds and different doctors we turned to Dr. Roach. In 5 weeks i felt better than ever, lost 20lbs and was pregnant with twins! My husband and I could not be more grateful for her and her staff that helped bring our little princesses into this world. They also helped me find my OBGYN who was also amazing! I loved them so much i referee my best friend who had her little girl 6 months after me!

My husband and I had our first appointment yesterday. Cree (the front office attendant) greeted us by name, which was so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Roach spent probably 2 full hours with us, patiently answering all of our questions and giving us so much quality, easy-to-understand information. She also immediately gave me an ultrasound to confirm my PCOS diagnosis (which didnt even cost extra!). Shes starting us on the least-invasive, most cost-effective treatment right away. I was nervous about our first appointment, but left feeling optimistic and empowered for the first time in months.

Dr. Kovanci deserves more than 5 stars. I recently did a FET at another clinic and something seemed off. They did not bother listening to my concerns and told me to wait until after the holiday weekend before I come back in. I am currently 6w1d. Dr Kovanci kindly took me in and performed and ultrasound/bloodwork and let me know that I had a missed miscarriage. Without him, I would have spent the next week on FET meds and distraught knowing that something was not quite right. These things do happen, but when they do you want a doctor who listens to your concerns and does not tell you to wait a week before coming in. So thank you!!

The staff here will make you feel very welcomed! Dr. Kovanci is a really good doctor. You can tell he guinenly cares about his patients and you will not feel like a number. You will get individualized treatment based on your needs and not cookie cutter treatment. This clinic got me pregnant, when another clinic could not. I have been to a couple of clinics and this one has the best doctors and staff by far.

Dr. Roach and all the staff at HART have been awesome. I transferred from a different clinic and have not looked back since. Dr. Roach listened to my concerns and has always been attentive and tailored treatment to what worked best for myself. I unfortunately did experience a loss but I thank Dr. Roach for giving me a chance.

Dr. Parikh is the BEST doctor I’ve ever had! From the very beginning she made my husband and I feel so comfortable. She walked us through all of our options and really listened to each concern/question we had. She took her time and had amazing bedside manor, which we really appreciated. She never made me feel like any question I had was a silly one. Even though we ended up getting pregnant naturally after our first visit with her, she continued to communicate with me through email and responded almost instantly to any question I had. She even saw me for my first ultrasound just to make sure everything was looking good and referred me out to an OBGYN that would see me through the rest of my pregnancy. She even continued to check on me as the morning sickness started to hit. We saw her for about 3 appointments and always left feeling like she was our friend not just our doctor! We truly miss her and highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to start a family of their own!

Dr. Roach and her staff are amazing! After a long struggle with PCOS I decided to turn to a fertility clinic for help. Dr. Roach was very proactive and made me feel comfortable along the way. During my first visit, she came up with a detailed plan to help me get pregnant. That same month I conceived! Twins!! She took such good care of me during my early pregnancy and made sure everything was just right. Anytime I had a question or concern I could send her/her staff a private message through the very convenient patient portal and would always have a reply within 24 hours. Even the Labcorp phlebotomist in the office is so sweet, gentle and caring. This clinic made me feel at home and made my journey so much easier. Being in their care was a blessing and now I have 2 beautiful blessings on the way. Hands down the best fertility clinic around!

Dr. Kavonci at Hart Fertility in the Woodlands is amazing! He answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and explains every step. We were referred by a friend and it has been the best experience. The staff is also amazing. Jana, a nurse on staff, is an angel she is so warm and caring. Alicia is the best, always responds to my questions right away. We got pregnant on the first round of IVF, Im so blessed to have found Dr. K!

Amazing group of people, Dr. Roach and Janna were kind and informative. My wife and I, had been trying to have a child for years, checked out different fertility clinics before, but did not feel at home as we did here. Dr. Ertug Kovanci has been a blessing to my husband and I. I was referred to him by my previous RE for minor surgery and loved him so much that I decided keep him as my treating RE and followed him to Hart fertility from his previous practice. I am so glad I did!! He is knowledgeable, compassionate, realistic, explains thoroughly and allows time for any questions about treatment. I can’t thank Dr. Kovanci, Alicia, Jana and the awesome team of embryologist at Hart Fertility enough for helping us start our family!

We are so grateful to Dr Roach, Janna and the Hart Fertility team for helping us to get pregnant via IVF. The only downside was that I was a little disappointed when I graduated to my OB, as I was used to usually having great customer service like detailed explanations, usually same-day portal message responses, lab results viewable online, and having all my ultrasounds done by my doctor. I may have overly-high expectations with other doctors, after my experience with HART. LOL, thanks again, Dr Roach!

Tabatha is the bomb dot com! I am so pleased with how well l was cared for and how attentive she was on the telephone. That is certainly a rarity to receive these days. I had a hundred questions and she spent a good 30 minutes answering all of my questions. I am so confident that my hubby and l have selected the right clinic for our needs. I was also glad at how someone (Tabatha) answered the phone right away. I see why this place has 5 stars just based on the excellence service l received on the phone. My husband and I were EXTREMELY impressed by HART. We went for an IVF consultation and Dr. Roach was knowledgeable, very personable, and took time to thoroughly explain to us all options and procedures. This is the second fertility institute we have tried, and it is hands-down, better than our previous experience. Our expectations are high as we continue our fertility journey with them.

Dr. Roach is amazing! My husband and I are so thankful for her. Because of her, we were blessed with our son. We will have to do IVF again for baby #2 and we look forward to going through the process with her again!

I have known Doctor Roach since 2018. We had fertility issue that we consulted with her. She took the time to help us, counseling us and directed us. At such a trying time for us, she was available, encouraging and educating us in all aspects. She shared with us in a human way our choices. She was understanding and never forced us to a particular procedure. She explained each procedure and possible outcomes. We felt Love, care and supply in all our dealings with her. She took Godly care of us.She is very experienced professional in her field. She gave us her time, advice and encouragement. I highly recommend her to anyone who is going through fertility issues. I pray that the Lord will keep her , protect her and all her staff.

Great experience with Hart Fertility Clinic. Nice medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Dr. Ertug Kovanci is the best, he went above and beyond, and the staff especially RN. Janna Patillo, was always helpful and kind.I’m 44 years old and it took us two IVF cycles in a row to get pregnant, but nothing is impossible with God and Dr. Kovanci by your side. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fertility specialist.

Dr. Roach is the absolute best! Everyone there is so nice and caring, I have been going there almost 1 year and I have yet to have a bad experience. Dr. Roach truly cares and listens to all of my concerns. I was lost before I found this place. I was nervous to come but they always make me feel at home, I can’t say enough good things about this place. I truly appreciate all the support and help I’ve gotten from everyone here and highly recommend them!

Dr.Roach is great! She answered all of my MANY questions in a very timely manner. My wife and I scheduled our first IUI procedure with HART after many failed attempts elsewhere. We are happy to report that we are now 6 weeks along with out first child! Everyone there is so friendly and so very helpful. I would most definitely recommend!

Dr. Ertug Kovanci and Alicia have been amazing. I cannot express enough how much they mean to my husband and myself while they guide us through this process. Both Dr. Kovanci and Alicia are very thorough with their explanations of everything every step of the way. I originally saw Dr. Kovanci at his previous practice and was so impressed and trusted him and Alicia that I followed them to this practice. Dr. K and his staff are absolutely amazing. I came to Hart after a full IVF cycle - one retrieval and 4 frozen embryo transfer with another doctor and nothing to show for it.I saw Dr. K at every appointment and he did every single ultrasound. I didnt see my other doctor except for on retrieval day, transfer day or the appointments after a failed attempt. Dr. K was so involved with every step and knew exactly what was going on with me every time I saw him, it gave me so much relief and trust in him. I type this today 16 weeks pregnant with twin boys, truly never thought i would be able to write that.Dr. K really cares and will do everything possible to make your dreams come true and he doesnt let you give up hope. Starting over with him was the best thing i did in my two and a half year infertility battle. Wish i just started with him to begin with as it worked on my first transfer with him (5th overall).The nurse/IVF coordinator, Janna, is truly an angel on earth. She is caring, she knows her stuff and she will take the best care of you. I had to go to all my appointments alone due to COVID, including the retrieval and the transfer, and with her there i didnt feel alone at all. She is so warm and made the whole process a breeze. I promise not all ivf coordinators and/or doctors are like this.I recommend Hart Fertility 100%. I am sorry you are on this journey but know that it will make you stronger than you ever thought and with the help of Hart you will know youre doing everything you can to make your dreams come true.Good Luck!

Dr. Roach, Janna, and the rest of the HART staff are so attentive, personable, professional, and knowledgable. I recommend them to anyone I hear talking about needing fertility treatment. IVF is understandably an emotion process, but they truly do their best to make it as easy as possible on the patients and patient’s partners. One thing that I’d love to give a heads up about just so people can go in with a realistic expectation - it’s ridiculously expensive. I understand why, but I wish someone would have told me that going in. It’s worth it. Every penny. Just go in knowing it’ll be more pricey than you think. But again, SO worth it.

I had a mild form of PCOS. Dr Roach was the best! She is there at every visit and you’re not being passed from dr to dr. She is very focused on doing everything thing she can to help. She never rushed me into anything and I was thankful enough to not have to go through IVF. I now have a 3 year old and 6 month old thanks to her! I drove all the way from memorial to see her and so glad I Did. I had been to another fertility clinic and felt like I wasn’t a priority and saw so many different dr’s in the practice and wasted too much time and money. You won’t regret seeing her, I am so grateful for the family she has helped give me.

The doctor was indifferent and felt like he didnt care. I cried after this appointment. The only reason i tried to go here was because it was closer to me. They also are very overpriced. I will be going back to my other fertility doctor an hour away because being cared about and having the staff be friendly and especially when struggling with fertility is more important.

We were looking forward to our first office visit and the office called last minute the day before to change our appointment because Dr. Hart was busy with a personal appointment. Very unprofessional. We felt rushed the next morning and the office was so unorganized and could not answer any of our questions. Dr. Hart did not seem empathetic and did not see us so my husband decided we should leave and not give her the business if she is so unprofessional. We found a much kinder and professional doctor elsewhere.

Tried making an appointment twice first time I left a voicemail because their lines were busy and it said they would call me back but never did so called back 4 days later to see if I could schedule an appointment the lady took my name with my phone number and said she would call me back in a few minutes, two hrs later still no call back so I call to see what’s going on and they are closed for the day. It’s already stressful enough having issues conceiving so you would think a fertility clinic would have better customer service.

I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Ertug Kovanci as well as Alicia Cardenas (his nurse); the road in infertility can be tough but at this clinic; they make you feel there is always a way to conceive; I couldnt be happier about our whole experience and well be forever grateful to Dr Kovanci for helping us in getting pregnant and feeling safe along the way.

Warmth and care are the defining traits of Dr. Kovanci, Jana, Alicia and his team. This review is special because I am not writing this after receiving great news of a successful pregnancy. I am writing this as we are entering our 2nd round of IVF. I am in my 40s and we have anticipated a journey to make this dream come true. Dr. Kovanci is extremely intelligent and empathetic, traits not often found so infused with one another. I feel impressed to share that in these moments of emotion, there is no one that you would rather have by your side. They are earnestly in this with you. During my egg retrieval, Jana held my hand the entire way. We know that if anyone can be Gods hands to give us this miracle it is Dr. Kovanci and his team.

We had previously been with HFI and had a very terrible and impersonal experience at HFI! We switched to HART and it was like a different world. The nurses actually remember our names and they actually care!!! They always respond so quickly and go out of their way to help us! We are with Dr. Parikh and she is the most amazing doctor! She is incredibly considerate and also went out of her way to make our IVF happen. She is always positive and has faith but also is also very honest. She is the BEST and if I’d ever do it again, only with her! We received such amazing care at HART!!

Only positive feedback: The staff of the clinic was very kind and helpful. Dr. Kovanchi and the staff, especially the nurses Alicia and Janna, did great job. Besides the clinic visits, they provided all important information via phone, and answered all questions submitted via patient portal of the clinic, which is very important.

Dont go to this clinic if you dont have insurance!!! they will not take you seriously.

Lovely staff. Everyone here is vert attentive to the patients and caring. The physicians are a very personable and down to earth. Dr. Roach is very hands on and really cares about here patients.

Excellent doctors and nursing staff. More personal than any experience you will get from the chain competitor and at a better price. Highly recommend Dr Roachs office if youre trying to conceive!
